Commercial work we do.

Rooftop units, service and maintenance, equipment replacement, exhaust and ventilation, and kitchen hoods. We do this for multifamily properties, restaurants, and other light commercial buildings.

  • Service

The system is down or not keeping up.

No heat, cooling that quit, or equipment that is not operating the way it should. We come out, find the problem, and tell you what it will take to repair it.

    Service calls and repairs
  • Rooftop

    Equipment on the roof.

A lot of commercial heating and cooling sits on the roof. We work on it for a service call, for preventative maintenance, or when it is time to replace it.

  • Maintenance

    Care while it still runs.

If the equipment is still operating, this visit cleans and inspects it before a breakdown lands on a workday. We tell you what we find and what can wait.

    Seasonal maintenance
  • Airflow

    Air that is not moving.

A stuffy building or weak exhaust can sit next to the heating and cooling problem. We handle exhaust and ventilation with the rest of the system.

    Ventilation
  • Kitchen

    Hoods over a cook line.

A commercial kitchen needs the hood to pull grease-laden air and heat out of the cook line. That work sits with the exhaust and ventilation that support it.

  • Replace

When repair is no longer the path.

Replacement is a new-system install. We look at the building and say which brand fits. We install Mitsubishi, American Standard, Goodman, Daikin, and Trane, and we service and repair most major HVAC brands.

First call

What helps us before we roll.

A short picture of the site is enough. We will call to confirm the appointment and take it from there.

  • What the space is doing: no heat, cooling that cannot keep up, weak exhaust, or a hood that is not pulling.
  • Where the equipment sits, including whether it is on the roof.
  • Whether this is a repair on a system that is not operating properly, or maintenance on one that still runs.

How a commercial visit starts.

Call the shop, or request an appointment. We call to confirm, then we come to the building.

  1. You tell us what it is doing.

Down, not keeping up, due for care, or ready to replace. Include the roof if that is where the equipment sits.

  2. We call to confirm.

Request an appointment and we will call you back. Prefer to talk it through first? Call (360) 798-0695.

  3. We come out.

We diagnose the system, explain the repair and replacement options, and let you decide what makes sense for the building.
